Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and the developer of Ring Twist (“we”, “us”, “our”) about the mobile game Ring Twist (app ID com.ringtwistgame.rotatepuzzle, the “Game”). By downloading, installing or playing the Game you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not play the Game.

1. Who may play

You must be old enough to agree to these Terms in your country, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to them for you. The Game is not directed at children under 13.

2. Your licence to play

We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to download and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, in line with these Terms and the rules of the store you got it from. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by us and our licensors.

3. Virtual items and purchases

• The Game contains virtual items such as acorns, hints, hammers, extra moves, lives and colour themes, and the “No ads” option. Some can be earned by playing or by watching optional ads; some can be bought with real money.
• Virtual items are a licence to use content in the Game. They have no monetary value, are not your property, cannot be sold, traded or transferred, and cannot be redeemed for money or anything of value outside the Game.
• Purchases are made through Google Play or the Apple App Store and are subject to their terms. Except where the law or the store’s policy requires otherwise, purchases are final and non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by the store.
• Prices are shown in the store before you buy and may include taxes. We may change prices or the items on offer at any time; this does not affect items you have already bought.
• Your progress and acorns are stored on your device. They are lost if you uninstall the Game or reset your progress, and we cannot restore them. The “No ads” purchase can be restored with Restore purchases in the shop while you use the same store account.
• If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you agree that digital content you buy is delivered immediately and that you therefore lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.

4. Ads

The Game shows ads from third parties, including optional rewarded ads that you choose to watch in exchange for an in-game reward. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for the products, services or websites they promote. Rewards are given only when an ad has been watched to the end and may be limited per day. How ads use information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

5. Fair play

You agree not to:

• cheat, use bots, exploits, modified versions of the Game or any software that interferes with it;
• obtain virtual items or rewards in ways we did not intend, including by manipulating the device clock, purchases or ads;
• copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer or create derivative works of the Game, except where the law allows it;
• sell, rent or distribute the Game or any part of it, or use it for commercial purposes;
• use the Game in a way that breaks the law or the rights of others.

If you break these rules we may remove virtual items obtained improperly or end your licence.

6. Our content

The Game and everything in it, including its code, levels, design, graphics, sounds, music, text, the name “Ring Twist” and its logo, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party fonts and components are used under their own licences.

7. Changes to the Game

We work to keep the Game fun and running, and we may update, change, add or remove levels, features, items or prices, or stop offering the Game. Some updates may be necessary to keep playing. If we stop offering the Game, you are not entitled to compensation for unused virtual items, except where the law requires it.

8. Disclaimer

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with your device, or that your progress will never be lost. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot be excluded under the law of your country.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, progress or virtual items, arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Game is limited to the amount you paid us for purchases in the Game in the twelve months before the claim. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or gross negligence or intent.

10. Ending these Terms

You can stop playing and uninstall the Game at any time. We may suspend or end your licence if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms. Sections 3 (as far as it concerns the nature of virtual items), 6, 8, 9, 12 and 13 continue to apply after the Terms end.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms, for example when the Game or the law changes. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the Game. If you keep playing after the changes take effect, the updated Terms apply.

12. Apple App Store

If you got the Game from the Apple App Store, the following also applies:

• These Terms are between you and us only, not Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for the Game and its content.
• Your licence is limited to using the Game on Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Game.
• If the Game fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the Game. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation regarding the Game.
• We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Game, including product liability claims, claims that the Game fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer protection or privacy claims.
• If a third party claims that the Game infringes its intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of that claim.
• You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as “terrorist supporting”, and that you are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the competent courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim in its courts. Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to solve the problem informally.

14. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours to a successor of our business. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Game.
